Cornerstone.INTEG｜Concept

 

Cornerstone.INTEG is a large-scale immersive audiovisual installation that constructs a closed, site-embedded perceptual system through tightly controlled digital media, spatial structure, and sound.

 

A vertical beam of light operates as the work’s central axis—an independent spatial dimension functioning as both structural cornerstone and symbolic order, aligning technology, power, and the sacred. Light ceases to illuminate and instead asserts authority.

 

The ground projection presents an abstracted terrain of industrial expansion, urban grids, and data-driven geometries. An aerial viewpoint removes human scale and narrative, retaining only macro-structure, density, and systemic logic, approaching a contemporary god’s-eye view.

 

Through monumental symmetry and extreme visual restraint, the work evokes a technological sublime. Within this closed system, the entering body is calibrated by light, structure, and sound, becoming a variable. Immersion here is enforced alignment—inescapable, structural, and ritualistic.

Cornerstone.INTEG 是一件大型沉浸式视听装置，通过高度控制的数字媒介、空间结构与声场，构建一个封闭的、与场域嵌入的感知系统。

 

垂直的光束作为作品的核心轴线，构成一种独立的空间维度，既是结构的基石，也是象征性的秩序中轴，将技术、权力与神圣对齐。光不再承担照明功能，而是以权威性的存在介入空间。

 

地面投射呈现出被抽象的大地景观：工业扩张、城市网格与数据化几何结构不断延展。航拍视角去除了人类尺度与叙事，只保留宏观结构、密度与系统逻辑，逼近一种当代的“上帝视角”。

 

作品以宏伟的对称性与极端克制的视觉语言，唤起一种崇高。在这一封闭系统中，进入的身体被光线、结构与声场所校准，成为系统中的变量。沉浸在此并非感官包裹，而是一种被强制执行的对齐——不可逃离、结构化、具有仪式性的体验。

Cornerstone.INTEG 位于新媒体艺术与当代空间实践的交界处，它并不通过互动或奇观来使用视听技术，而是借助系统化的视听结构，构建一个关于秩序、权力与被校准感知的闭合模型。

装置的基本结构源自于政治性建筑与城市中的用于强调权利的中轴对称结构，并受西方景观设计中倒影池（对应地面）与主体建筑的关系（对应光轴）的启发。
